FutureGuest is operated and owned by Kibeeri LTD. It is an affiliate and referral website. We help users discover accommodations and read travel-related content. We do not own, operate, manage, or sell any lodging, travel services, or bookings. When you click a booking link, you leave FutureGuest and transact directly with third-party online travel agencies or property providers (such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Vrbo, and others made available through our search partners).

Accommodation listings, prices, availability, and booking links are provided by third parties, including various travel inventory and distribution vendors. FutureGuest does not guarantee that any listing is accurate, available, or priced correctly at the time you book.

FutureGuest may earn commissions, referral fees, or other compensation when you click outbound links and complete bookings or other actions on third-party websites. This compensation does not increase the price you pay on those third-party sites. Our affiliate relationships do not affect our obligation to present these Terms or our disclaimers below.

All reservations, payments, cancellations, refunds, customer service, and disputes regarding your stay are solely between you and the applicable third party.

You grant FutureGuest a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your submitted content on the site. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses; that accommodation information will be accurate, current, or complete; or that any booking will be confirmed, honored, or refundable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FUTUREGUEST AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, FUTUREGUEST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING FROM: (A) THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, OVERBOOKINGS, OR TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS; (B) PRICING ERRORS, AVAILABILITY CHANGES, OR INACCURATE LISTING INFORMATION; (C) CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF THIRD PARTIES OR OTHER USERS; (D) OUTBOUND LINKS OR THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES; OR (E) ANY DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON INFORMATION FOUND ON THE SITE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUTUREGUEST'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL BE ZERO U.S. DOLLARS ($0.00).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FutureGuest and its owners, operators, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with third-party providers.

The site contains links to third-party websites and services that FutureGuest does not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, pricing, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The FutureGuest name, branding, site design, and original content are owned by Kibeeri LTD or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
