FutureGuest is operated and owned by Kibeeri LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). We are an affiliate and referral website that helps users discover accommodations and read travel-related content. We do not process bookings or payments directly.

Direct submissions. FutureGuest does not currently accept traveler review submissions or create user accounts.

Search and usage information. When you search for accommodations, we process destination, dates, and guest count to display results. Essential first-party analytics also records operational interaction events such as page views, searches, quiz steps, and outbound booking-link clicks.

Affiliate and campaign data. Every outbound booking link includes the current analytics session identifier as its campaign identifier so our affiliate partner can attribute and report the referral. We also store session and visitor identifiers and may store marketing or referral identifiers from URL parameters (such as click IDs from advertising platforms) in your browser for a limited period. This helps operate the referral service and determine which links led to third-party actions.

Technical information. Like most websites, we may automatically receive technical data such as browser type, device information, IP address, referring pages, and general log data needed to operate, secure, and improve the site.

We use collected information to:

• Attribute affiliate referrals and outbound booking links

FutureGuest may earn commissions or referral fees when you complete actions on third-party websites. Affiliate relationships do not change the fact that those third parties operate independently of us.

Essential first-party analytics uses session and visitor cookies to operate the service consistently, measure searches and interactions, and attach the session identifier to outbound affiliate links as the Stay22 campaign identifier. Local storage remembers that you have seen this privacy notice. Google Ads and Google Tag Manager also load on every visit for advertising attribution. You can reopen this notice from the footer or clear browser storage in your browser settings.

We may share information:

• With travel data vendors and partners needed to deliver search results and outbound booking links
• With service providers who help us host, operate, or improve the site

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR OUR HANDLING OF INFORMATION SHALL BE ZERO U.S. DOLLARS ($0.00), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

FutureGuest may be accessed from different countries. If you use the site from outside your home jurisdiction, you understand that your information may be processed in locations where we or our service providers operate.
